It amazes me that "RSI" means Relative STRENGTH index. Yet when it gives a high value people think it's a good reason to short
When it gives a high value that means the market is strong(And vice versa w/ a weak market)
So you're essentially fighting the trend thinking this way

Correct me if I'm wrong but any time someone makes an announcement about an announcement the actual announcement is usually completely worthless information isn't it?
