Former Vice Director of National Intelligence Agency of South Korea confirms that Yoon Suk-yeol ordered arrests.
On February 4th, Jinshi Data reported that the Constitutional Court of South Korea held the fifth formal debate on the presidential impeachment case in the afternoon. Among the three witnesses who appeared in court that day, former National Intelligence Service (NIS) director Hong Sang-yong confirmed that Yoon Suk-yet had ordered the arrest of political figures over the phone. However, former Capital Defense Command commander Lee Jin-yoo and former Counterintelligence Command commander Yoo In-hyeon refused to answer most of the questions.
