Abstract generation in progress

Jinshi data news on October 16th, Lanqi Technology said during the institutional research that the company’s clock driver chip (CKD) can be used in CUDIMM/CSODIMM memory modules. Its main function is to buffer and drive the clock signal on the memory module. CKD is a standardized product defined by JEDEC. When the DDR5 data rate reaches 6400MT/s and above, the CKD chip will become the standard configuration for PC/laptop CSODIMM and CUDIMM. This year, the demand for CKD chips mainly comes from industry-scale trials and has not yet started downstream scale applications. With the launch of client CPU platforms supporting DDR5-6400 memory modules, CKD chips will gradually increase in volume, and are expected to start downstream scale applications from next year.
