The Indian embassy suggested Indian citizens to leave places such as Kursk in Russia
On August 15, according to the data from Jin Shi, Ukraine’s RBC reported that the Indian side issued a notice urging Indian citizens residing in the Bryansk, Belgorod, and Kursk regions of Russia to evacuate. The Indian Embassy in Moscow advised them to temporarily move to other areas of Russia. “In view of the recent security incidents in the Bryansk, Belgorod, and Kursk regions, Indian citizens are advised to take necessary precautions and temporarily evacuate these areas,” the Indian Embassy said. It also advised Indian citizens in Russia to contact the embassy for further assistance. The notice did not directly mention the fighting between the Russian and Ukrainian forces.
