PwC Shanghai employees take 'unpaid leave'? Insiders: Different business lines have different situations

Jinshi data news on July 11th, it was reported in the market that PwC Shanghai notified employees to take “unpaid leave”. According to the reporter, the vacation situation of each department of PwC Shanghai is different. Some departments started taking 5 days of unpaid leave every month last year, which changed to 8 days in the second quarter of this year. Except for the consulting line, the situation of other departments is also not optimistic, and taking unpaid leave is basically equivalent to a pay cut. Employees in the tax line also told reporters that their business is still ongoing and they have not received vacation news temporarily. The reporter sought confirmation from PwC, but has not received a response so far.
