The National Asset Recovery and Management Agency (ARMA) of Ukraine held a meeting with law enforcement agencies on the management of seized cryptocurrencies, Golden Finance reported. Representatives of the agency, along with the Cyber Police, the National Security Council, the Attorney General's Office, the NSA and the National Bureau of Investigation, agreed to develop specialized methodological guidance. In particular, the document should regulate the management risks and preservation of value of unstable cryptocurrencies (Bitcoin and others). ARMA is particularly concerned about this issue within its purview in order to preserve the economic value of seized cryptocurrencies. The participants also intend to coordinate actions to confiscate virtual assets frozen within the framework of sanctions in EU countries.
