The good news of interest rate cuts has not stimulated the market.

Reuters survey: The Federal Reserve is expected to cut interest rates two more times this year, with the interest rate path in 2026 highly uncertain.
On October 21, a Reuters survey of economists conducted from October 15 to 21 showed that the Federal Reserve is expected to cut interest rates by 25 basis points next week and in December.
However, there are still serious differences among economists regarding the interest rate levels by the end of next year. A month ago, economists expected only one rate cut this year. But this new forecast follows a recent shift in expectations among Federal Reserve policymakers towards further rate cuts.
Among 117 economists, except for two, the remaining 115 predict that the Federal Reserve will lower interest rates by 25 basis points again on October 29, bringing the rate down to 3.75%-4.00%. Two economists expect a 25 basis point cut in October and a 50 basis point cut in December.
The proportion of economists who believe in another rate cut in December has fallen to 71%. Financial market traders' expectations are more firm, with interest rate futures contracts fully pricing in two more rate cuts this year. $ETH
