Cactus Custody partners with Fly Wing to launch an OTC Desk, deepening its mission to provide diversified services for institutions.

Cactus Custody, a compliance digital asset custody institution under Matrixport that holds a TCSP license in Hong Kong, today announced a strategic partnership with Fly Wing Technologies Pte Ltd (referred to as “Fly Wing”) to launch its OTC trading service platform for institutional clients, Cactus OTC Desk. Fly Wing has been granted a major payment institution license by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), allowing it to provide digital payment token services for OTC trading. This collaboration will offer institutional clients secure, compliant, and transparent fiat settlement solutions, further reinforcing Cactus Custody's mission to build a one-stop digital asset service platform.

Recently, Cactus Custody has integrated the system of Singapore Gulf Bank (SGB), enabling it to provide compliance fiat custody capabilities for institutional users, supporting 24/7 fund deposits and withdrawals. The launch of the OTC Desk will offer institutional users more options for digital asset/fiat exchanges, marking a further step for Cactus Custody in bridging traditional finance with the Web3 space.

Cactus Custody users must complete electronic identity verification (eKYC) on the Fly Wing platform to use this new service. Unlike the operation model of cryptocurrency trading platforms, Fly Wing completes OTC Trading through bank transfers, ensuring a high level of security, Compliance, and transparency. In the initial launch phase, Cactus OTC Desk supports USDT/USD and USDC/USD trading pairs, and more trading pairs will be gradually added thereafter.

Enhancing asset utilization efficiency remains a key factor for institutions to position themselves in the Web3 market.
