From January to October, the company achieved a cumulative contract sales amount of approximately 34.449 billion yuan, a decrease of 47.98% from the same period last year; the cumulative contract sales area was approximately 4.6788 million square meters, a decrease of 43.89% from the same period last year. In October, the company’s total commercial operation revenue was 1.101 billion yuan, including rents, management fees, parking lots, various operations, and other miscellaneous management fees for shops, office buildings, and shopping centers.
